Not sure what glass marble is. Anything you apply to glass or marble will be delicate since paint can't soak in. Easily chipped and scratched. Spray paint or oil based paint would be your best option, no sealer needed, just something else to peel. There are also paint techniques for painting on glassware where you bake it on in your over. Tutorials on you tube.
Where is the glass, and what are you planning to use if for when it is sealed? Please tell us more about your project and what you are hoping to achieve.
Is it a cultured type marble?

Do it on the reverse so then no need to seal, if it something like a coffee table.
