How do I paint glass shower doors?

Recently my husband and I decided we have never liked our frameless clear glass shower doors to offer privacy and we want them frosted. We’re wanting a permanent solution rather than purchasing static cling plastic coverings. I’ve investigated paints but none appear satisfactory. If anyone can share expert advice, thank you.

Using an etching cream or solution sold at craft stores will be your most permanent.
Definitely use an etching cream, you can find it at Michaels, or Hobby Lobby, evan amazon sells it. This is a permanent solution.
I agree, you will love it etched. Our shower doors are etched in stripeson the bottom which is a really cool effect.
