I would buy a roll or two of foil covered polystyrene and stick it to the walls with Gaffer tape, or line the shed with Polystyrene board. I did this when I wanted to use it as a drinks cellar. I also laid board on the floor and roof too.
I paid someone to spray a green insulation onto the metal walls. Jerk did a terrible job and didn't even cover the ceiling. So it's not helping .... If you choose this method, it's expensive and needs to be everywhere.
Add rolls of insulation on inside then add painters canvas tarps over the insulation attach both tarp and insulation with flat head metal sheet screws to the shed
you could stack bales of hay to insulate it.
Reflectix, you can buy at Lowe's, Home Depot, or Amazon. We have an old farmhouse and it's amazing how much it did to insulate. We did the vapor barrier on the underside of the metal roof but it can also be applied to the walls.
