just use straight vinegar pour on weeds into center of plant so it soaks down into roots during hot full sun no rain for at least 3 days or you'll need to repeat. anything else will make your dog sick if he licks it including dish soap it is toxic,it won't kill him but can make him very ill and cause minor to severe skin irritation(feet) and posible allergic reaction by getting in/on nose or inhaling. Is salt bad for dogs and cats? YES! Salt toxicity in dogs and cats can result in death if left untreated. causes severe dehydration

This is not an exact science – approximate measures are totally fine 1 gallon white vinegar and cup Epsom salts and ¼ cup liquid dish soap Combine ingredients in spray bottle and treat weeds at the hottest time of day for best results.

I think this will be ok, but check with the vet to make sure:

    2 cups white vinegar

    ¼ cup salt

    Squirt of dawn

Mix in a spray bottle. If you have a larger area, you can mix in a garden sprayer with larger quantities. Use when it will not be raining for a few hours so that it isn’t washed away.
