Your picture came through! Here's some ideas for you! You have a great space to work with! You can paint the fence, add some lighting, add more furniture and some planters. You may to able to add a "sail" to shade some of the patio during the hottest part of the day. A pergola would look great. You can either build one or purchase a freestanding one. Your patio can be a work in progress--start small and add to it as you go. LOTS of end of season summer patio decor on sale now if you live in an area that has big home improvement stores like Menards, WalMart, Lowes, and Home Depot. Pinterest has TONS of ideas too!

If you want to upgrade the Patio floor area, there are many ways, but not cheap. If you want it to just look better, then Add a Large feature ( Stature 4 ft high at least and surround it with your plants. Add a table and chairs or maybe a self contained water feature! Best wishes. Oh! yes and all weather rug would look nice too.

Perfect place for a reclaimed wood top on an old table. The edges are begging for benches and spaces in between for plants raised off the ground in between them. Use blocks to make different heights for plants. Add small table between the plants and benches to sit a drink or plate.
