It's probably from the contact with the metal in drain and maybe etched into finish on porcelain try using a piece of super fine steel wool and some straight vinegar scrub do not let any additional chemicals sit on it. rinse well OR try a paste made from baking soda and dawn dish soap scrub with stiff scrubber sponge OR try some bleach don't let it sit too long can damage finish on porcelain if the drano has already etched it----next time use a plastic funnel to add the drano into drain this will keep it off of drain's trim ring and your sink itself -----also straight lye is much easier on sink and drains alot less toxic than the drano with other chemicals in it

I would try the Magic Eraser it has fine sandpaper in it that will not harm the porcelain.

Hi Mary Try using a paste of bking soda and proxide. put it on put seran wrap over it and let it set all night then wash it off next day. Not sure it will work but I had a tomato go soft on bottom and stained my quarts white counter top and this took it out amazingly easy and you might with your prob. need to do it twice of after you use one of the above methods that maybe didn't get all of it off.
