Mix a half cup of baking soda, 1/4 cup hydrogen peroxide, and 1 tsp of dish soap. Apply to grout and let it work for 15-20 minutes. Scrub with an old toothbrush and rinse. You can buy grout sealer, just follow the directions on the package.
Make paste of baking soda &vinegar let sit on grout untill removed, they sell a sealer for tiles at lowes
You will want to get an impregnating and penetrating sealer for high traffic areas. It will be more expensive, but it should last for years. Less expensive sealers need reapplication several times a year.
Thanks for your suggestions.

Hi Linda, make a paste of 3/4-cup baking soda, 1/4-cup hydrogen peroxide, and 1 tablespoon of mild dish soap and apply it with a brush. To seal look for an oil-based, non-tinted masonry waterproofer. It practically lasts forever and doesn't require resealing in a few years.
