If it's Trex or some other in-business brand, then it should have a lifetime warranty.

What is the material, when you say, "faux"? Something like OSB is not meant to be decking and will have to be replaced.

Hello, definitely check with the manufacturer, these are created to last lifetimes, and should not be falling apart

We have the same problem with ours, and the company is out of business so the warranty is void. Very frustrating because it was very expensive! I can't recall what the warranty was, but does anyone know if warranties on these type products are 100% for the life of the deck or is it prorated? Though it does last longer than wood decks, I hesitate to suggest this type product to others knowing how it didn't hold up like I thought it would for us (considering the cost).
