Raise the height? If so, then you'll need to add a "box" structure under the top, that the old legs can be attached to, as well as the top.
It's a lot more challenging to extend the legs at the bottom. That’s precision wood working.
I would either replace or add extensions to the existing legs.

Is the table central fixing with plate foot - If so, Make a concrete base by filling a bowl with concrete. Difficult to tell what you have as a table - can't see down computer, so I did my best.
