Take it to a wood-working shop and get somethere to plane it with machine planer, which should take only about 10 minutes. Or, they could possible hand plane it by putting it a flat wood vise, but it would take much longer.
Okay maybe depending on what kind of wood it is you could soak it for a couple days and then press it for a couple after that until it's dry. Good luck probably just need a new one and keep it oil to vegetable oil it will keep moisture out of the woods so that it doesn't happen again
Chances are it may not be worth saving. Invest in a decent one when you can. I am still using a few cutting boards that my parents acquired in the 50's and they had little money to start out with. Granted things were better made back then, but still. If you do any amount of cooking, you deserve a quality board or two. You don't need to drop hundreds for a John Boos, there are decent boards to be had for much less from any kitchen store, Bed Bath & Beyond, Home Goods, Williams Sonoma, etc. A decent cutting board and a couple better quality knives and you can do anything!

You can find them all over the place, from a thin plastic sheet to thicker plastic no slip cutting boards. If you prefer wood, they are available at many stores rather inexpensively.
