If you don't want to do a full re do, change your back splash and add accents in the new color(s). Things that can be left out like toaster, blender, coffee maker in colors.
Paint, dish towels, rugs are easy to change.
Cabinet refinishing is a lot more work.
Any Wall Art needs to be scrubbable/washable.

Paint doors and or drawers and or body of the cabinet in different colours to taste.
Painting walls,ceiling,trim around windows & doors would make large changes & much easier than painting cabinets;adding wall art and accessories on walls in colors will also add color;spray painting baskets or any shelves in colors will add color ;colorful curtains or rugs if you use them
