Does anyone have experience with tin/aluminum backsplashes?

We just got through resurfacing our kitchen countertops with Daich countertop kit. Really looks amazing! I will post pics later. We are checking out backsplashes that would look good with the countertops.I like the tin/aluminum backsplashes.Has anybody done their kitchen using this backsplash and if so, how was it to put up and how do you like the results?

Can't wait to see the photos of the countertop! I know that Home Depot sells plastic tiles that are replicas of the old tin tiles for use as a backsplash, and I've heard that it's pretty easy to install. They can be found here. I hope this helps!
My in laws had one, I thought it got grease stains on it a lot, but they were easy to windex off.
My sister did hers with aluminum flashing (for roofs) and tile as a border. That was about 10 years ago and it is great. She used adhesive, I think liquid nails or power grab.
We have a piece of stainless steel as backsplash that is tacked with small nails at our farmhouse.
