How can I secure canopy screen flaps that touch the ground?

My screen flaps (on the bottom touching the ground) do not stay in place when the wind blows, how can they be secured? We have in the past found rocks at the camp site to put on top of the flaps, but that is not always an option. Any suggestions?

I'm trying to picture this... Is this a pop-up canopy with screens that hang down on all sides? Please let me know and I'd be happy to help!
It is a stand alone canopy that you attach a screen section to it with zippers on two sides.
You could stitch a pocket in the bottom of the screens and then cut pieces of PVC piping to slide into them when needed.
I actually thought about pvc piping to tell you the truth, but would it be heavy enough???? Not sure, until I try, right? Thanks for the suggestion! Appreciate it.
