Hello, Could it be possible post picture of your plants actual problem? It is possible that you have mealy bugs, mealy bugs or a white fuzzy insects. If its mildew, you use a fungacide like copper sulfate. I use Bonide brand. Organic gardeners use this also.
Place a few drops of vinegar and dishwashing liquid in water..then spray it on leaves.
