How can I cover a circuit breaker box?

You could just use a cardboard box and cover it with wallpaper or paint it. Or use a Picture or Mirror and add timber to the sides , top and base to form a box at the back, then fix the mirror/picture to the wall or rest it over the Circuit breaker box.

The easiest way is to paint a design on it that works with the room decor and put a frame around it to look like artwork...surround with other artwork to blend in.

Did you know that you can paint it the same color as the wall. Also, I have hung a mirror and art over these boxes.

It all depends where is it. Nice wall art or framed diy or Even spice rack if that is in the Kitchen are good way to decorate them

Hang a picture over it.
