Hi ! I did a lot of research before I painted my cabinets . The products I used were made by Krud Kutter . First I used the de greaser then I used the de glosser. Both came in spray bottles, spray then wipe off. They worked great !!!!

I use tsp and clean thoroughly until my rag comes back clean. The cleaner the cabinets the better the paint will stay.
