Can you help me choose colors for painting my home exterior (pic)?

Can't decide colors - want to paint brick & white garage door, love the soft Country French colors. I've tried an online site to paint my virtual house and they have all been horrible! My house is in first 2 photos, next 2 are paint combos I like....but what to paint the brick and garage door - - or leave brick?? If we leave brick, we'd paint the garage door the color of the house....if we paint brick, the garage door would be the same color as the trim. Help!

This is one color combo that we like. Black on windows first floor only. We have white vinyl window frames and husband says we can't paint them but I don't want white!
Here is another combo we like.....I think the windows are the same as the trim which is a very soft ivory......the house appears to be painted brick in a soft beige. Can we do this to ours? Brick color? Garage door color?
Painting brick will eventually flake and will reduce the price of your house. I would paint the vinyl siding and the shutters then paint the garage door the same color as the shutters.
Agreeable gray with darker gray trim would look nice.

I think you have a beautiful home. But since you want to change things up, I would do a whitewash on the brick to tone it down. Leave the trim and siding the same. Paint the garage door the color of the body of the house. Paint the front door and shutters red and plant some red annuals in the garden. Whatever you do, stay away from grey, it wouldn't look right with everything else.
Paint the garage door the same color as the front door and shutters but leave the white trim around it. The little shutter above the garage door should get some paint also. It could be the door color or the color of the siding. Then live with it a while before you paint the brick. I think you might like the brick as is once the door is darker.
You do not want to paint your brick, but you can stain it using solid color masonry stain. We stained our brick 10 years ago and it still looks great. Paint will flake off, but stain soaks in and will not flake.You have a lot going on visually with vertical and horizontal siding as well as brick and stone. I would simplify the look by painting the siding all one color and staining the brick the same color. (We did this to our house.) Paint your garage door the same color as everything else to make it blend in instead of being a focal point. What is it about us Americans that we want to call all the attention to our garage doors?? That is not where you want people to look. You want the focus on the front door, so paint it a beautiful color. Aqua looks great with greige. I also love either of the examples you showed.
Here were my other two choices using Shady Sage snd ivory. Husband doesn’t want green and not sure if that would go w brownish red brick or if we could find a stain to match it. Either of these I think would be different and refreshing. Thoughts? Compared to first two, which combo is best? Thx!!
This is in answer to your comment on getting the brick stain to match your paint. We picked out paint and stain colors at Sherwin Williams and they made the stain to match the color we chose. Ours was a light tan and the stain perfectly matches the paint.

Thx but this post is 2 years old and we’ve been gone over a year. I never liked the color we chose but everyone else loved it. At least 8 neighbors throughout the community copied us.
