Add a ping pong ball for head or styrene or small ball and Pipe cleaners for arms around neck and down. Can also use bendy hair curlers...........Have fun.
My mom used to make angels out of bottles. I think she dipped fabric into liquid starch and draped it on the bottle. After it dried, then she would spray with gold paint. Sorry I don't have pictures to show. You may be able to Google this project!
