You can paint your tile, and use a colored sealant to change the grout color.
Special paint?
Stencil and seal with 3 coats of poly. Paint the base color then stencil or just leave one color. You do not have to paint the grout separately just paint over it. Some people use chalk paint for the stencil part. No special paint. Just make sure floor is REALLY clean.
This is what last reader used. Oil Based Kilz for this project. Prime the floor first, followed with the Behr Concrete and Garage Floor paint.
Leave the floor dry over night. I don't care if it is dry to the touch, I think you need to leave it sit and cure for the night.
