Hi Vickey, you can use a latex paint or any water-soluble paint and add it to the concrete mix. Use the paint like water in the same proportion when adding it to the concrete. Other options are clothes dye and even food coloring
They make powdered concrete dye.
There are additives made specifically for concrete. Check at your local hardware store. I've also seen them online.
