Sorry to say paint usually does not come out. That is why I put some clothes in the closet labeled painting clothes. I ruined many sweat pants and shorts. LOL
I have to agree with Dee...we both have "house pants" and "house shirts" for just this purpose! Yes, house pants ARE a thing!
I still have some turpentine and use that. I also have "work clothes" old shorts, sweat pants, t shirts that I wear when doing something dirty and doesn't matter if I get paint on them or not.
if it is only small spots, try soaking them in lestoil. It will dissolve the paint so it can be removed.
