Lillie...You can purchase at Lowes or Home Depot. They are really nice and are not horribly expensive otherwise I might try extension rods and light weight curtains. Good luck!
Plant a tree or bush and you will get a most effective sun block. But meanwhile I am working on this just now. I have two long lengths of a fabric that is water proof on one side. I have a curtain rod that hangs where I need the sun blocked. When I can find some grommets I will put them at the top of the panels and hang them from hooks on to the rings on the curtain rod. That way I can use them to block rain as well as sun and also open when I don't need either blocked.
I am getting ready to do my project and what I bought were nice heavy tan painters drop cloths in a cotton/linen like fabric that were very inexpensive at Amazon.com. Then I purchased PVC pipe from Lowes to make rods. Purchased nice rod holders from Amazon and ring hooks that clip to the cloth and slide over the rods to make neat curtains that block the sun and give privacy. Just slide them back and make ties with decorative rope from a craft store . I am waiting for rainy season to end here in FL before I put them up. Just a thought for you.
