Can you help me troubleshoot my sanding primer?
Hello! I am painting my oak kitchen cabinets. I sanded enough to scuff them up, gave them a quick scrubbing with deglosser, and primed with zinzzer BIN. I just sanded the primer lightly with 220 grit, and noticed a few outside edges, and corners where the primer sanded off a bit. It is adhering great in most areas but those edges almost have an antiqued look where I may have gotten a bit too sand-happy. Should I be concerned about the paint sticking? Do I need additional primer? Any thoughts would be great!

Katie....Usually the sanding is done prior to painting. After I sand I use primer then paint as the primer helps the paint to adhere.
Yes, more primer. Kitchen cabinets take a lot of wear and tear.
You may want to add an additional coat of primer to make sure that the paint adheres.
Thanks guys! I went around yesterday and touched up the primer! Hopefully that will help.
