Blanche....When I need an ice bag for an injury or pain, etc. I use a small bag of frozen veggies that is not hard but flexes to the body and wrap a kitchen towel around it. Works perfect for me .... given the idea by my doctor after an accident! Hope this helps!
Hi Blanche,
What size ice bag and what is your project?
2 plastic freezer bags (I do quart inside gallon)
2 cups water
1 cup rubbing alcohol
Put water & alcohol in the freezer bag. Squeeze air out and seal. Place in a second freezer bag (to contain leaking/sweating). Freeze for at least an hour.
