I think that's the error code that the drainage hose is clogged. There should be a spot to empty the "Trap" for the drain in washing machines like that one.
Pull out your owners manual. Or look up on line, there will be a trouble shooting guide as well as customer service telephone numbers. What state (or country) is McKinney? Since this is a worldwide site, more location info would be helpful. I Google, flip through the yellow pages or hop onto Nextdoor.com to find service professionals in my area.
Try to reach out to these guys - https://promptappliancerepair.com/mckinney-tx/ they fixed my washing machine. Although I think you have a small problem that is quickly solved, just call them and ask about this error code
When mine did that, the water pressure was too low or the city had shut it off and it could not fill. When the water came back on, we reset it by shutting it off and started it over. It was fine. Did your machine stop when that happened? Hope this helps
On the bottom of your washer there is a little door. Open the door. Take a small bowl with you. Now take out the rubber hose and open the plug, now empty the water from that hose into the bowl. Plug the the hose. Now take out the lint trap, you are going to be amazed about how much gunk is in there. Clean the lint trap with water then replace.
How often are you getting the ERR code showing on the panel?
If it is just once in a while, it could be due to the cycle being interrupted for some reason (was the door opened? was there a power surge?
Turn off (the Power button) the machine. Go to the electrical panel and turn the switch off that controls the dryer (It should be marked clearly. If it isn't, do it now.) Wait 5 minutes. Then turn everything back on again in reverse. See if that procedure resets the machine, clearing the ERR code.
The lint trap should be cleaned out periodically on every machine anyway, whether you are getting the ERR code.
