You can use the epoxy kits sold at home depot. Just realize it's a temporary fix , be careful with it , once scratched will peel. Should hold up long enough to save up for replacement.
If you're looking for a cheap and temporary solution, I've seen people use Rustoleum tub & tile paint (available in liquid paint or spray). I've also seen others have success with Rustoleum's Appliance Epoxy spray. Just make sure you've got proper ventilation if spraying inside because the fumes are very strong.
