    If you want to preserve the flowers from the sedums to display in your home you can spray them with hairspray. The flowers will dry as they age and may change color somewhat but the hairspray keeps the flowers intact for the most part. I spray my hydrangea flower cuttings with hairspray and put them in a large vase to display. They are in an area where they don't get touched or moved often so they hold up well for about 6 months or longer.
