Paint them to go with you color theme, n If they have raised areas you could dry brush them...take a lighter color than you base color or use white...put paint in a dish...dip yr brush into the paint n wipe some of on a paper towel till it’s almost dry...lightly go over the raised areas in a little in and out of the crevices...u can do a little or a lot...I’m sure you can find a video on YouTube...
