Sure you can!! You want some really great paint though that won't peel and you want to clean it very well first:
I would use a power washer as prep before you paint the concrete. A power washer is the best for cleaning stone, brick and patios. It also will get any loose, peeling, debris off the concrete (if you have that) Check out my post:

Then I wrote a post on this exact thing..... https://karupp-did.net/patio_painted/....you can use this paint for concrete!! It is fantastic paint and really soaks into the top layers of concrete. It is NOT acid concrete stain though so if that is what you are looking for, stain is not paint. I go into detail on how to paint a concrete patio floor...It was fantastic! Follow the directions in the post. It was easier than painting a bedroom to be honest. With this concrete paint you don't need a primer. I would check with your Sherwin Williams dealer and show them a pic of your pool deck so that they can tell you if there is another step needed for that application near a pool. Good luck!
