Once a month I use one cup of lemon scented ammonia to one gallon hot water. Removes ground in dirt and grime. Also removes old wax. Then I use Mop and Glo for a shine. Once a week i use a few squirts of Dawn dish liquid to one gallon hot water.

I used a steamer for mine. The shark steamer worked nicely. But if it has been there a while I think the suggestions above are great. Then use the steamer to maintain. Good luck!

Yeah I used to hate my embossed linoleum floor until I discovered I could use my carpet cleaner on it..... and it sucks up all the dirty water.... oh happy days.
