Karen, a little more info would be helpful. Our trailer is fairly well organized (always room for improvement) but I would like some direction to give you specific advice.
We full times for 20+ years. The first rule of organization is MINIMUM weight in your unit. Only enough dishes for yourselves. Use paper plates and have a picnic with friends. You don't need lots of pots and pans - use your microwave. Use dual purpose dishes - micro/freezer/refrig save. Same for clothes - minimum necessities. Etc. You get the idea. Enjoy life! Remember, you get what you give no matter where you travel - SMILE!!
