Can you help me care for my peace lily?

Here's some general information about growing peace lilies. Maybe it will help you figure out what is wrong. Did you pack the potting soil firmly into the new pot. Perhaps air is getting to the roots and drying them out too much.

When I transplant I do it of evening then keep it watered early morning and plant food every 2 weeks seems to work for me I’m in southern Ohio
