These was left in our back yard in our new house how to make them come back to life

This is a wood table
I would sand the table and paint it first with primer and then exterior flat paint. The chairs could be painted also. Sand and paint the metal part, I would use spray paint, then clean the fabric and paint it using fabric paint or cover it with an outdoor fabric glues to the top of the existing fabric.
I meant glued to the existing fabric.
I think I would paint the metal on the recliners using a Rustoleum paint for metal and a sponge brush and mini roller.
Then use Rite Dye More for synthetic fabrics in a spray bottle to refresh the fabric color or make it darker. or there is this new product .... https://www.ritdye.com/techniques/tie-dye/squirt-bottle-technique/
