Can I spray paint cellular window shades?
I doubt that you can do this successfully, but you may want to try embellishing them with light trims like ribbons, ric-rac or lace in a lighter color. You could also try sponging some patterns like dots or stripes on them with a "dry brush" technique that doesn't saturate/soak the fabric.
I soak those in the bathtub to clean, so I might try some Rit Color Remover on a test area to see if it will take the color out.
