I would not advise this. It will be wimpy and easily broken down. Besides which old doors or wood are pretty easy to find. Even old bedsteads are easy to find. However if you are sure you want to use cardboard, I would recommend this cardboard I used to make a "playhouse" for my granddaughter. It came (free) from a picture frame shop. . . they get glass in pretty sturdy boxes
Asphalt test first and foremost. Don't do anything until that comes back.
