What is a good substitute for saddle soap for use on leather?

I am trying to clean leather furniture. What is a good substitute for saddle soap?

    There is a leather cleaner that you can purchase online. Saddle soap can dry out leather over time and it can crack..although I used to actually use it on saddles and that's not supposed to happen. Otherwise, for a quick cleaning just use plain dawn soap and water. Leather breathes and you don't want to dry it out.

    I have used pledge to quickly wipe down a leather piece. Try in a small spot first. Spray on rag, not on the item.

    I use mineral oil on my leather good. Baby oil smells great when I use that on leather work gloves and keeps them from getting stiff.
