Is there an anti-rot finish I can put on the bottom of my wood sheds?

The bottoms of my sheds are rotting. We have a lot of snow here and I need to find an easy way to keep the moisture out during the winter. I am a single woman and I need to figure out a way to fix it by myself.

My TH put a 1 x 2 around the outside bottom of our rotting shed...painted same color as rest of shed. This will not stop rotting but covers it up.
