I would test this first in an inconspicuous spot, but rubbing alcohol removes ink.
I use oxide clean
WD40
try isopropyl alcohol!
Try nail polish remover and let dry.
True, alcohol is a solvent for ink, but it may remove color as well. Try the WD40 first, oil is good for leather.

Im in the middle of doing the same. Ive tried all these except WD40. Will try now!
However, with all of these methods, make sure to condition your leather right after so that you don't dry it out! We use otter oil
