You could build some extra shelves, build some storage cubbies or even build open top flatter cubbies for under the beds. What about a stool for climbing into the bed. Maybe with multiple levels???? Or create a shelf to be attached beside the top of each bed like a night stand. Ask yourself, "What do I need?" That might help you figure out the best use of the material you have left. Wishing you the best.
It depends on what kind of material/wood you have left over. I love scrap wood projects since you can make so many things with them. I have made Christmas tree ornaments, Wood Lanterns, Utensil Caddy. Put hooks on a piece of wood and use it to hang/store items on the wall, make picture frames, wood signs, wood crates. Here are some ideas.
