I use a product called Spray Nine. I get it at Home Depot. Walmart also carries it. It is the best cleaning product for grease that I have found. I have rental properties and have to deal with a lot of greasy kitchens. Your oven door probably has screws that hold it together. Pay attention-even take photos before you unscrew each part-to make sure you know how to put it back together. I use a folding chair or a foot stool to prop the door on as I undo all the parts. Most oven doors will come completely off and you can lay it on a table to work on. Once you have it apart, use the Spray Nine and let it sit for 10 minutes or so. Then use paper towel to wipe away the grease and a non-scratching scrubbing pad to work on tough areas. Then use mild soapy water to clean, rinse, dry and put it back together.
