Find the source. Somewhere outside you may have standing water, that is where they breed. I recently found that herbal plants deter pests, so I planted peppermint, rosemary and citronella, lemon grass. The mint will grow wild, so get a nice planter for the doorways, make sure you have no holes in your screens and you will be set.
