Contact a reputable carpet dealer and ask for a recommendation. There are individuals who have this as part of their business model. 🤙🤙

I would get on Rit Dye's website where they have hundreds of color formulas. If the rug is synthetic use their new formula Dye More. I would first use a sponge and wash the spot area, let fully dry. https://www.ritdye.com/color-formulas/

Then mask off the spots, I think I would make a little tunnel of painter's tape around each spot down to the backing.

Put the dye in a small spray bottle with really hot water and give each spot a squirt. Quickly blot any excess. that might spread.... https://www.ritdye.com/techniques/tie-dye/squirt-bottle-technique/

The cheapest way would be to buy RIT dye that matches the carpet and follow the directions.

You use watered down craft paint. Get a color as close as possible or mix colors to match. Use a dry brush technique.

I looked on the web site of Colorox Bleach. They recommend making a solution with 4 cups of warm water with 2 tablespoons of white vinegar. Pour this solution over the stained area of your carpet. After letting it soak into the stain for about 5 minutes, rub the stain with a cloth or sponge. The bleach stain should gradually start to disappear.
