You could frost the glass either with a frost contact paper or vinyl for windows. Or you could mask off the frame around the glass and the door and spray with the frosted glass spray paint. Good luck!
You can add privacy film- either peel and stick or, what we prefer, water mist adhesion. It comes in many styles and is available online or in most home improvement centres. Just cut it to your window size and stick on.
Jennifer....It appears you have a real problem with peepers in your neighborhood. I would call the police. Not only is this an invasion of privacy, they are trespassing. You have gotten some really great ideas to cover your doors but the police may be able to put "the fear of God" into these peepers and put this to rest! Good luck and be safe!
There is a film you can buy amd apply to window panes to create privacy. It comes in all different styles!
