How do I deep clean grout?
We moved into a house with ceramic tile on the bathroom floor. It has wide grout lines that are supposed to be white...they're now brown! Straight bleach does touch it. I don't want to paint it. HELP!!!

I use tooth brush with dawn soap and vinegar and it really makes a huge difference.

I use barkeepers friend, bleach and a good grout brush to clean grout that's supposed to be white. But if it's years of grime, like mine was, not much helped it. I'm planning to demo my kitchen and bathroom with that problem so I experimented with a lot of things. I did find that a wire brush with the barkeepers friend and bleach did help some but it took forever to do just a small section. If you're planning on keeping the floor, I would suggest painting or staining the grout. It would be worth the time to do it. Just remember to seal it really well once you're done.

Hi Marie - This is the shower cleaner that we use to help keep grout and tiles clean and minimize the mildew - it works on kitchen grout too. Hope this helps! Hugs, Holly
