Most pedestal sink bases are wide enough to hide the valves. If your valves are further apart it would mean repiping the valves closer together. That would mean getting into the wall. Shutting off the water main. Repatching the wall.
Are you trying to Install “in” a pedestal sink or in the area beneath the sink?
