More specifics please. For a water source, you'll need to run plumbing line/pipe under your frost line or just string a hose.
You want to make water?
what are you trying to do pond or fountain, with or with out stream??? they are self contained with pumps that recirculate the water you put in them. so you'd would only need way to fill them initially and maybe add water when level gets low depending where you live and how much evaporates or if you have pets/animals drinking from it. we need a little more info. on what you are trying to make then we can tell you specifics how to make it;also where do you live this will help determine about weather conditions and if you need to do anything to keep it running in climate you live in --- desert conditions, temperate, barely freezes, deep freezing below ground level?????
Please be more specific, thank you
Hi Kevin. You could collect rain water in a large drum, at least 55 gallon drum. Place the drum near a downspout of your gutters. Cut the down spout so that the rain water feeds right in the drum. To use the water that you have collected, you will need to install a spigot at the bottom of the drum. Use rubber grommets on both the inside and the outside of the spigot. Doing this will prevent leaks. Good luck Kevin.
