Hi Marilyn. Fill a shallow dish with water. Use a dish big enough to accommodate the vase laying on its side. Drizzle nail polish into the water. You can use as many colors as you want. Using a clean chop stick, swirl the nail polish to your liking. Dip the vase into the water. Turn the vase as you do this. The nail polish will cling to the vase and the water will not. This is a great idea for Christmas gifts.
