How can I make slipcovers for a sectional sofa?

I have a large sectional sofa that includes two recliners and one under seat drawer. So, I am thinking of slipcovers for the seats and backs only. The cushions (seat and back) are attached to the frame. Any ideas?

Can you staple the fabric between the cushions and the back?

All the folds and the loose/style of upholstery look like they’re going to make this hard for traditional slip covers.

You want to save your money towards a new sofa. Slip covers are very difficult to make and takes tons of fabric. On your style of sofa the look could be a bit shabby since your cushions are so soft.

Hubby is attached to it, so new sofa is not an option :(

sadly no. I don't think there are traditional slipcovers that will work. So, I'm thinking I'll have to use fabric and sew. But any ideas on how to do that?

Go to amazon and type slip covers into the search bar. There are many different styles to choose from for different types of styles of couches. Find what is recommended for your type of couch and then find the style you like. Read all reviews before doing anything. Those will give you cosumer's feedback and those are people that already bought that item. I have learned a lot from the feedback and have even changed my mind after reading these reviews too.

I don't know if there are any ready-mades that would fit your couch, but I do know that Walmart.com sells slipcovers.
