How can I paint these decorative footprints so that they won't fade?

Over a year to spray paint had faded.

This is what they look like last year when I spray painted them after a year. They changed.

I did not use a primer on them.

No matter what you use they will fade from sunlight and the elements. You can try hand painting. with an enamel paint. It will stay on but will probably fade in the sun. P.S. - they are so cute!

    Hi there,

You could wash and let dry, then use a exterior primer and then masonry paint then sealer.

Use foundation paint made for use on concrete. Many colors available. Behr brand from Home Depot has worked for us.
