You could give it a paint job and use it as a plant stand or you could make a cool bed for your cat...like this:

You can turn it upside down and stand your rolls of wrapping paper and turn it into a wrapping center. The rungs could have S hooks holding scissors, tape and ribbon.
Plant stand, or a small table for a repurpose birdcage or something similar.

My kids had friends over to watch movie,..Take a large bowl, put a saucer with dip in center,..& surround with pretzels, potato chiips,& nachos. Put within reach of all, & they'll luv it !
You could dip just the legs in an accent color of paint, such as gold or your fave decor color. You could also distress it by sanding off some paint.
